Once you have instructed Move Me In to manage the conveyancing of your property, your case will be handled by a small, dedicated team of conveyancers and overseen by a qualified lawyer. You will be given relevant contact information in case you have any queries and a case number so you can track the progress of your case online, even outside office hours.
If you are buying a property, we provide a detailed property report and log book, which includes copies of relevant documents, plans, planning permission, property information forms and general information about the property itself.
The principle objective of the report is to assist you to:

The report is split into three sections. The first section deals with legal title, the second with the results of the various searches that have been done and the third deals with how the purchase is to be financed.
