No completion, No fee upgrade
Our ‘no completion, no fee’ upgrade allows you to protect against the possibility of having to pay our charges if you or the other people in the transaction pull out of the sale. In our experience, around 30% of proposed sales and purchases fail to go ahead. If your transaction fails to go to completion, you would normally have to pay 75% of our charges and VAT, together with all the disbursements.
A small fee of just £50 plus VAT covers our charges leaving only the disbursements, such as search fees, to pay.
